Ok so you want to know the strategy to stacking and this may not look the same for everyone so don't take this as the ONLY way to do it.  We discussed before that YL does not use the word stacking but did you know that other non-Lemon Dropper teams don't even do it? Like at all...

TRUE. STORY.  I don't get it.  I cannot imagine leaving everyone on my level 1 and hoping for the best but hey, it has worked for some.  It definitely is not the fastest way to rank and grow.  Stacking basically is losing a small percentage of unilevel commission by moving someone you enrolled under one of your legs to help THEM grow and help YOU grow by having your legs where you need them to be to hit each rank.

Example:

Executive you need to have 4000 OGV

and you need 2 legs each at 1000 OGV each

Let's say leg 1 has 3000 OGV and enrolls a ton but leg 2 is off to a slow start and only has 700 OGV.  If you sell 3 kits and stack them under leg 2 you will hit Executive and help your leg 2 grow!  No brainer right?  Right.

But wait...I don't want to give my money away.  If I move them I lose some cash.  Well let's put that in perspective.  IF after the 3 months of Fast Start your 3 new members you just stacked under your leg 2 each join ER (yay) and order 50 PV each month.  If you left them on your level 1 you would earn 8% which would be $12 total commission, by moving to your level 2 you will earn 5% which would be a total commission of  $7.50.  You lose only $4.50 a month. You grow.  Your team grows.  The benefits of stacking outweigh the small percentage lost.  WORD.

Ok so now you understand WHY you stack so let's go over the thoughts you need to think before you decide WHERE to stack.  You need 6 legs for RCD.  You want the top of your leg heads to be hustlers, self motivated,  people you want to work with every day.  This is not always the case, sometimes you need another leg to keep growing so you have to work with what you have but ideally your top 6 will be super solid leader material.

Ok so now let's say I sold 2 kits this month.  I am trying to figure out where to put them.

My goal is to hit Silver soon.

For Silver I need:

10,000 OGV

2 legs at 4ooo OGV each

1000 PGV (OGV not in the qualifying legs)

Leg 1 is at 5000 OGV

Leg 2 is at 3000 OGV

Here is who I sold to:

Sally Smith works in a small office that sells printers. She is a self proclaimed introvert, runs a small book club, is engaged to be married this year and really loves her oils and her cat Fluffy.

Karissa Klein works in a high end salon in the city. She runs a blog about crystals and meditation and has quite a bit of a following on FB and IG. She has 2 small children and loves her oils.

Okay so my friends Sally and Karissa BOTH expressed interest in doing the business.  I know...I know...

So any guesses who I put where?

Ok so my girl Sally got stacked in leg 2.  Her social circle is small, she does not have children, her work does not expose her to many others and she is a bit more of an introvert.  She can grow FOR SURE and will totally help out my leg 2 on her way to Exec and where I need her for Silver but I just don't see her as super motivated rock star level 1 leg material!

I left Karissa on my level 1 as my leg 3!  She is a self starter, exposed to so many through her job, blog and social media following not to mention functions she attends with her children.  I will need PGV as I head toward silver and I expect her to grow SUPER fast and get me on my way to Gold!

Does this make sense?  It all comes down to trying to see the future and predict what will best benefit your business in the long run.  Will you make bad calls? ABSOLUTELY!  We all have stacking regrets.  You just gotta keep on moving and accept that maybe down the line the mistake you thought you made will bless your business a different way.  Don't dwell on it.

If you need help with stacking reach out to your enroller or Silver upline.  We are always happy to help you strategize the plan best for you!
